Service was FANTASTIC, as was the atmosphere. The food, however, missed the mark. It wasn't bad, but for the price it should have been much better. Our group of 4 agreed across the board that the steaks were tender, but flavorless. It felt like the kitchen was scared to season the meat. Sides were good. But for $700+ for a group of 4, we expected more.

When we came to the restaurant we had to wait for our table we had reserved. They need seats for clients to wait. While we were waiting, we sat at the bar and ordered several different drinks. Every single drink of the bar tenders made was amazing. We ordered all appetizers and salads and caviar. It was amazing. By the time we were done, I was full, but my main course was still on its way. I ordered Filet mignon. Amazing steak, i was so full, but there was space for the steak. The service was great they were on top of everything. Service was exceptional Thomas, and the crew made our experience great. We were a group of 8, so having food and drinks ready at the same time is great.

Our weekend getaway in Las Vegas at the Hilton Resort we wanted a nice meal after spending the day at the pool we wanted to have a nice dinner- matter of fact a steak. My husband had an injured big toe and couldn’t wear a real shoe so he has on flip flops and the customer experience was way below of what the company represents with its fine dining, acting as if we couldn’t eat there but we had to explain why he couldn’t wear shoes but funny thing we got seated and I saw tons of people coming in with gym shoes, shorts, t-shirts but maybe it was the fact we were brown people 🤔 Nonetheless, we shared our experience and we received royal treatment. The steak was delicious and my lemon drop was tasty but not for $26 dollars 😲. The experience of how they present the bar and make your drink right in front of you was nice. My steak was delicious, my fries and my husband enjoyed his food as well. We both ordered the New York. The steak fries were hot and fresh I as well. Overall, the experience was really nice but they young people needed to be trained for the customer service experience!

Update January 3 dinner in the knife room. Rebecca, thank you for taking care of us and more importantly Amber did a fantastic job seven people orders while we talked had our meeting and the meal was exceptional the demonstration and discussion regarding the knives. Amazing the food was amazing. Everyone loved the hors d’oeuvres as well as the main course cod And short ribs and bone in fillet. Of course as we finish tonight the flaming Nevada was amazing quite a show in the scotch selection, rye, vodka, and bourbons finished the night after having exceptional wine we will be back again thank you. So I went by Carver steak today in preparation for a big dinner I am hosting the following day I have secured the private room, called the knife is a marvelous place to host a large dinner. More importantly you could have your meeting there along with being able to present on a 52 inch flatscreen monitor The restaurant has excellent wine selection great food to choose from and provides exceptional service. The meal will be on average around $100 per plate not counting wine, beverages or anything else but that being said this is what we signed up for it is a long walk from the Conrad but not too bad go there enjoy and celebrate and you’ll have plenty of time to walk off The meal and take a look at the knife room. It has beautiful knives from Japan, Germany that are handmade, and exceptional works of art.
